What’s on the Agenda?
This year’s AGM will include our Treasurer’s Report, production reports for Sweeney Todd and Shrek Jr., election of the Board of Directors, our Year in Review, and proposed updates to MMT’s Constitution and By-Laws.

Proposed Constitution & By-Law Changes
This year, members will be asked to consider several updates to MMT’s governing documents. The proposed changes include aligning the fiscal year so our mainstage and youth productions fall within the same fiscal year, along with several housekeeping updates intended to better reflect MMT’s current business practices.
Changes include updates to Board election language and the threshold required for constitutional amendments, changing the fiscal year-end from May 31 to August 31, removing an outdated provision regarding casting outside the membership, expanding who the Board may designate as signing officers, and removing the prescribed corporate-logo provision from the By-Laws.
Board of Directors
The AGM will also include the election of MMT’s 2026/27 Board of Directors.
The proposed agenda identifies members standing for re-election, directors continuing the second year of their terms, and provides an opportunity for new nominations.
